Alaska:  Every May through September, the Fundrifter can be found in South Central Alaska - in the beautiful town of Cordova.  To the west is the Prince William Sound, home to the most fragile and diverse wildlife preserve in the world.  To the east - the wetlands of the Copper River Delta. The Delta is 70 miles wide when it meets the Gulf of Alaska (300 miles), and is comprised of 700,000 acres of wetland.  This area is home to brown bear, moose, trumpeter swans, and the world's largest concentration of migrating shore birds.  It is also the home to three of the world's finest species of wild salmon...Copper River King (Chinook), Sockeye (Red) and Coho (Silver).

Salmon Fishing:  As a commercial salmon fisherman, I spend the summer months mostly on my boat, pictured at left. Fishing for Copper River wild salmon is one of the most challenging jobs I can imagine.  Not only is the salmon coming from abundant, healthy natural runs, but the fish are the highest quality available, and the Alaska Department of Fish & Game carefully regulates the fisheries for long-term health.  On top of that, the product sells itself, because of its superior deep orange color, luxuriant texture and flavor, and endless health benefits, the Copper River salmon deserves the recognition it receives. Ordering: You can now order Copper River salmon for your business or home, no matter where you live.  The fish will come directly from my boat to you - there will be no inflated price or middle-man to contend with.  Fundrifter will guarantee quality by packing the fresh salmon in special insulated cold containers with dry or gel ice - and ship it overnight express or second day delivery.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, it is free (including shipping).  That's right!  If for any reason, (including theft, loss, damage during shipping) your order does not arrive as promised, Fundrifter will refund the purchase price and shipping cost to you.

Please take into account that market prices on salmon change all the time, and shipping prices are based on two things: (1) how many pounds of salmon you order, and (2) where the shipment is being sent.  The longer the distance the higher the rate.  For up-to-the-minute shipping rates, you can call 1-800-2Alaska or visit www.alaskacargo.com.

To ship fresh salmon, we use Federal Express Delivery.   Since prices vary, depending on the size of your order and your destination, shipping prices will be quoted at the time your order is placed.
